As part of the New Yankee Stadium Project, as the development manager, built eleven clubs and restaurants totaling 75,000 sq. ft. in fourteen months. The program included fit out of the Hard Rock Cafe Yankee Stadium and the NYY Steak Restaurant along with premium clubs such as Legends Club and Dugout Lounges and the Audi Yankees Club.

The Hard Rock Cafe Yankee Stadium features seating for 165 guests with a full bar and patio seating. The Hard Rock Cafe Yankee Stadium also includes 12 large flat-screen televisions, which broadcast the games while guests are dining, special architectural features such a light fixture over the bar with 18 Gibson guitars strung with fiber optic lights and a wall of baseball leather wrapped dowels that spell out ‘New York Yankees’.

The NYY Steak Restaurant features seating for 215 guests with full bar, and display kitchen. The stylish interior design features Mozambique wood walls and antique bronze mirrors in the ceilings with black oak floors, a custom-made "signature wall" featuring 86 autographs of legendary Yankees players, eight flat screen LCD TVs and temperature controlled wine cabinets that hold nearly 100 varieties of fine wine.

The Audi Club is premium stadium membership club featuring full service dinning with seating for 552 guests. The club’s cuisine prepared at action cooking stations prepared by chefs, right in front guests, using the fresh ingredients from around the world. The Club features a full bar with onyx bar top and back light feature, views of the field, and outdoor patio fully furnished with bar and large flat screen televisions.

The bi-level Legends Suite Club features full service dinning with seating for approximately 1,000 guests, private dining area, an exquisitely designed grand stair with Yankee blue logo glass, blue marble bars, and cuisine prepare at action cooking stations prepared by chefs in front of guests. Other Architectural features include NY logo glass encased screens and NY logo panel walls with 16 varieties of panels.

Mohegan Sun Bar that is featured seating for 360 guests offering an atmosphere within the Stadium where guests are an arm-length away from the playing field. Guests watch the game from the high-top tables in bar area and enjoy premium sports bar food items such as hamburger, blue crab mini tacos, pastrami grinder, sushi lobster wrap and truffle fries. The architectural features to bars and sixteen 36” x 48” baseball card light fixtures featuring legendary Yankees players.
