As part of the Yankees Stadium Project Premium Space Program managed the design and construction of the stadiums 271 concession points of sale that serve the 46,700 seats. The complete food and beverage program was constructed in 14 months and burned-in in approximately 6 weeks. The ratio of cooking concession was approximately 70% cooking vs 30% non-cooking.

The food service program was comprehensive and intense featuring:

❖11 different kitchens serving the clubs and restaurant, including the Hard Rock Cafe and NYY Steak.
❖46,000 sq. ft. of support kitchen spaces in 18 locations throughout the stadium.
❖Over 8,000 pieces of equipment installed and 271 points of sale.
❖21 grease hood systems, including 4 precipitators
❖60 walk-in coolers / freezers
❖A 15,300 Sq. Ft. food storage commissary featuring a drive-in 55 ft x 36 ft (-10) degrees freezer, 38 ft x 38 ft beer storage cooler and 38 ft x 38 ft refrigeration cooler and portable cart washing
❖Centralized CO’2 system.
❖Miles of beer and soda lines.
❖Over 50 portable food concession.
