Managed the construction of Courtyard by Marriott Hotel which consisted of a new 140,000 sq. ft. fifteen-story mixed use building in the upper east side on Manhattan. The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel featured 226 guest rooms, business center, an indoor pool and whirl pool as well as health club. The indoor 50 foot pool and oval whirl pool is complemented by the health club that features a full size gym, massage room, men’s and women’s steam rooms and saunas.
