The pinnacle of luxury residential was the new construction of a 100,000 sq. ft. Estate, comprised of 12 building structures on 65 acres of ocean front property in Eastern Long Island. The classical mediterranean design executed exquisitely by Ferguson & Shamamian Architects, LLP included the highest caliber interior finishes of monumental quality, housed within French and Roman styled limestone-clad structures, ornamented with hand carved limestone and ornamental metal features. The residence included a detailed carved tympanum which adorned the porte-cochere, as well as a loggia with 2,400 sq. ft. of domed ceiling with glass mosaic nature scene. The estate also included a pool facility, playhouse, bowling alley, basketball and tennis courts, seven fountains, 48 acres of ornamental gardens complementing the substantial site work and landscaping.
