The 410 East 92nd Street Building Project was a new 140,000 sq. ft. 15 story mixed use building consisting of a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and professional condominium space. The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel features 226 guest rooms, indoor pool / whirlpool and health club. The indoor 50 foot pool and oval whirlpool is complemented by the health club that features a full size gym, massage room, men’s and women’s steam rooms and saunas.  The Gillen Brewer School occupies two floors or 50% of professional condominium space. The school is a private elementary / pre-school that specializes in special needs children.
