St. John’s Law School Expansion in Queens, NY was the new construction of an 80,000 sp. ft. Law School and Law Library at Saint John’s University and the renovation of power plant facility. The 10 story law school featured an extensive law library with modern computer reference facility, high-grade finishes in penthouse faculty suites and mahogany paneled executive dining area, student dining hall, 4 deluxe lecture halls and new 12 classrooms. Added new boiler and updated existing cooling system.

The Gillen Brewer School (GBS) was a new construction fit out of a Pre-School serving children 2.8 - 5 years old who are classified as Pre-School students with a disability as well as School-Age children 5-10 years old who are classified by NYC Department of Education as either speech impaired, emotionally disturbed, other health impaired, or learning disabled. GBS is one of the few schools in New York City dedicated to transforming the lives of young children with a wide variety of language, emotional, developmental, learning and health-related disabilities. The school specializes in educating children with challenging, and often multiple disabilities including language-based and non-verbal learning disabilities. The construction of the school reflects the school’s mission with 9 classrooms, 10 therapy rooms, 2 sensory gyms, a quiet room, computer lab, library, roof top play terrace, music & art room, gym and administrative offices. The space was designed to address the needs of children with sensory issues.
